Description: A whole kilogram of apples are peeled, diced and stirred into a custard-like vanilla cake batter and enhanced with a generous glug of Cornish rum. Perfect served with creme fraiche. Handmade to order and baked fresh in our Lightwater kitchen. 1.4 kg weight, serves 8-10 people
