Description: Lemon loaf cake, enhanced with a citrus syrup spooned onto the top of the cake while it is still warm, topped with lemon buttercream and finished with sprigs of lemon thyme. The lemon zinginess is further lifted with a layer of lemon buttercream and luscious lemon curd running through the middle of the cake. Handmade to order and baked fresh in our Lightwater kitchen. Perfect for 8-10 people.
